Lead Times

Standard lead time for orders on VCalm.com is 7 to 10 business days from the time an order is received. In some cases, certain items may take longer than this, while others may be ready sooner. Fortel Traffic, Inc. retains the right to adjust lead times as necessary. For specific inquiries, contact us by phone or email (details below).

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and shipping destination. When available, shipping options for standard shipping and/or pallet shipping can be selected. For backordered items, shipping will proceed as soon as the item is stocked. The purchaser will generally be notified by email and/or phone call when their order has shipped.

Will Call (Local Pickup)

After a will call (local pickup) order is placed, we will notify the purchaser by email and/or phone call when the item is ready for pickup. Will call orders must be picked up at our main office location:

Typically, proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) must be supplied upon pickup. If an order is not retrieved within one month from the date the order is ready for pickup, it is subject to be put back into stock and may be ineligible for a refund.

Refunds

Orders placed on VCalm.com or any subsidiary thereof are not eligible for refund unless Fortel Traffic, Inc. deems the order unable to be fulfilled as listed. In such a case, Fortel Traffic, Inc. retains the right to offer a full or partial refund and cancel the order.

Returns

Once orders are received or picked up they are not eligible for return.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation request must be received before the order is processed – generally the same day the order is placed.
